Rocker Mechanism

Design Advantage:

During the rocker mechanism go up or go down, the synchronism and smoothness are very stable, can prevent the different probe travel during go up and down then cause the testing result cannot be passed; The design add in auto-lock mechanism, prevent operator false operation to cause the mechanism open during test and make the PCBA damage; the mechanism generally used in such structure of LCD display PCBA testing.

The rocker mechanism is apply to fix on panel board to control the probe and top plate go up and go down after top cover module open or close, to make the probe contact with PAD on PCBA, some sample as our fixture proposal.
